Registration for the OFAC Refresher Class is open only to individuals with a valid (unexpired) OFAC license.
Those with an expired license are required to enroll in the full OFAC course instead.
By the end of the course, the participants will have the relevant knowledge and application skills in demonstrating first aid/CPR skills to apply them in their workplace.

100% attendance for the entire course and achieve 100% attendance for the CPR + AED topic.
At the end of the programme, you will be able to:
- explain the duties and responsibilities of First Aider
- list the legal requirements under Workplace Safety and Health (First Aid) Regulations for the workplace
- check and pack contents of First Aid Box
- apply first aid to accident victims in the workplace
- manage a medical emergency at the workplace
- manage victims of *hazardous chemicals exposure
- identify common workplace accidents requiring first aid treatment
Learners must be above 18 years of age and are assumed to:
- have at least ES WPLN Level 5 & above or equivalent as otherwise
- be physically able to perform CPR skills while kneeling on the floor
- be physically/medically fit and able to render help to another individual during an emergency
- have a valid Occupational First Aid License which have not expired
Pregnant or with any medical history such as heart and joint issues should seek advice from their doctors prior to enrolling.
This is a refresher training course for Occupational First Aiders. The aim of the course is to retrain individuals to render first aid treatment to the casualty during an emergency or accident at the workplace.
Workplace Safety and Health (First Aid) Regulations 2006 stipulates that “every person appointed as a first-aider shall (a) have successfully completed a training course acceptable to the Commissioner; and (b) undergo such subsequent re-training in first-aid treatment as the Commissioner may require”.
This course is applicable for SkillsFuture Funding up to 70%.
*From 1 Jan 2022, SkillsFuture course funding will be revised to a baseline of 50% subsidy, with an additional 20% subsidy (up to 70% subsidy) for SMEs and Mid-career individuals (Singapore citizens above 40 years old) . Do note that the funding amount advised is not final and is subject to changes.
