Course Description 
This course will be taught on how to conduct negotiations to establish win-win outcomes for the organisation in the media industry. To engage new audiences, media businesses will need to partner with consumers to co-create and crowdsource material. This will require greater collaboration across the industry and among partners. Negotiation for results is crucial to your media business.

Course Objectives
LU1: Plan and Prepare Negotiation
LU2: Apply Communication and Conflict Resolution Techniques
LU3: Moving Negotiation from Bargaining to Closing
LU4: Evaluate Negotiation Outcomes

Target Group: 
Creative Directors, Content Managers, Programme Managers, Senior Digital Executives

Minimum Entry Requirements:
• Minimum GCE “N” level with at least 3 GCE “N” Level Passes
• Able to speak, listen, write, and read English at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL) 5.
• Recommended all learners to have at least 1 or more years of working experience.
