Supervisor

 Work-At-Height Supervisor
 WSQ-Supervise Safe Lifting Operations

Deliver and implement safety training programs based on organization’s needs

REQUIREMENT

 Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B and above), relevant course certification
 Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) qualified
 At least 3 years relevant work experience
 Good presentation, training delivery and facilitation skills

Sales Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise and manage new and existing customers to build and sustain relationships.
  • Handle sale deals, including but not limited to, negotiating with customers, preparation of quotation and follow up on order fulfilment.
  • Assist Sales Manager in identifying product and market trends.

 

REQUIREMENT

  • Prior sales experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft work/excel, Google sheets and documents.

Admin Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To act as customer service liaison officer with learners to ensure needs are met, e.g. attend to enquiries, course registration, training claims and grants when needed
  • To work on document flow in the administration department
  • To maintain and update the trainee database in Training Management System and TPGateway
  • To manage training logistics and resources through coordinating with Trainers
  • To follow up on the workflow processes in the administration department
  • To ensure compliance in the workflow processes and flag out any issues of non-compliance
  • Any other assignments, which the company may require you to perform from time to time

REQUIREMENT

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 5 days work week (8 AM to 5.30 PM; rostered days off, including Weekends)
  • May be required to travel between branches when needed
