•Provide HSE subject matter advice to organization’s functions on all HSE matters according to local regulatory requirements
•Liaise closely with Site Operations Staff, Project / Operations Manager pertaining to all HSE matters
•Act as secretary in Monthly safety committee meetings
•Conduct incidents / accidents investigation and root cause identification and prevention
•Provide support on implementation of reasonable practical control measures
•Carry out periodic fire safety & HSE Inspections
•Advise on monitor and control HSE-related permits and licenses to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
•Assist in all operations to drive culture safe programme, behavioural based safety and improvements in hazards and reporting including promoting safety awareness and best site safety practices.
•Advise periodic review, upgrade and maintain records, safety management system, risk assessments, safe work procedures
•Lead appointed key safety person to manage HSE documentation and compliance
