The WSQ course for operational level workers will help workers in the industry understand the organisations structure, goal and how to achieve corporate and group objectives as a team. They will obtain the fundamental skills in communications, learn how to assist in team building, develop a team culture and improve team performance. On completion of this module, participants will gain the knowledge and application skills in participating in work teams and be able to apply them in the workplace.

The occupations that this unit would be relevant to include but not limited to: 
- Technicians, backroom staff (administrative etc)

Assumed Skills & Knowledge:

Learners are assumed to:
-Have a basic knowledge of the manufacturing sector
-Able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System (ESS) level 3
-Be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS level 3; and
-Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS level 3
