Learning Outcome

At the end of the programme, you will be able to:

Equip lorry crane operators with skill, knowledge and attitude to operate lorry crane safely, especially in assessing risks and observing safety measures.

 

For Whom

This WSQ OLC course is suitable for aspiring and experienced individuals who are required to operate a lorry crane in lifting operations.

 

Assumed Skills Knowledge / Entry Requirement

- Learners must be above 18 years of age and are assumed to:
- Have Employability Skills System (ESS) Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3 and above, or equivalent
- Have the ability to read and understand manufacturer’s instructions, procedures and safety signs
- Have a good sense of “situational awareness” and safety consciousness
- Have attended certificate training by equipment suppliers or MOM Approved Training Provider
- Have basic knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act
- Have basic knowledge of current legislations concerning lorry crane operations

-Valid Lorry Crane License (Candidate to bring along his/her Lorry Crane license during the course date for verification purposes)

 

Course Overview
